I am Superior’s Office Manager with 18 years of Dental Experience. I rerouted my career path from Human Resources to Dental in 2004. Starting my career as a dental assistant, then cross training as an Orthodontic Assistant, climbing the ladder to Orthodontic Manager and now an Office Manager. I love problem solving and organizing. I have a strong faith in God, love my family and love what I do!

Although Dentistry has always been my passion, I also have a strong background in Management and hospitality. When I'm not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family as my children are the reason, I push so hard. I refuse to be mediocre because I am SUPERIOR!!!

My name is Cristy, and I am the Billing manager. I have been with Superior since September 2021. I front run the schedule, post insurance payments, submit dental claims and handle all patient requests for additional information on their accounts. I take pride in getting claims paid and seeing the aging total decrease. I have been in dental for 16 years, starting in IT and working my way up to accounts receivable manager. Enjoy working in dental and hope to do this forever.

Hello, I am Kameela, the Front Desk Concierge. I have been with Superior for a year. I greet patients when they visit our office. I also answer the daily phone calls that come into the office. I love meeting new people, reading, and traveling. I love working at Superior Orthodontics Dr Kole-James and the rest of our team strive at giving our patients Superior service and we treat them like family.
